Reservation policies

No amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. The restaurant reserves the right to charge your credit card in the amount of € 50 per person in the event of late cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation policies

Cancellation policies

You may cancel your reservation within two days of your arrival date at the restaurant without penalty. It is possible to cancel your reservation by logging in using the credentials you received at the end of your reservation, or by sending an email to info@byebyeblues.it. In case of cancellation less than 2 days before the reservation date, or no-show at the table, the restaurant reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to the pre-authorisation amount of €50 per person.

Gift Card owners

Gift card or vaucher holders should contact +39 091 6841415 or send an email to info@byebyeblues.it to check availability.

For gift voucher holders, in case of cancellation less than 2 days before the booking date, the voucher will be cancelled.

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, but no deposit will be made at the time of booking. If the table is not cancelled 2 days before the booked date, €50.00 per person will be charged.We kindly ask guests to check that they have received correct confirmation of their reservation by email; simply registering the request will not be considered a valid confirmation.

Processing methods

Legal basis for processing

Retention period

Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.

Therefore:

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the performance of such contract is completed.

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. The User may obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller.

When the processing is based on the User's consent, the Data Controller may keep the Personal Data longer until such consent is revoked. Moreover, the Controller may be obliged to keep the Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

At the end of the retention period the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this period, the right of access, deletion, rectification and the right to Data portability can no longer be exercised.

Google Analytics is a statistics service provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Data Controller manages the processing of the Data, ("Google"). Google may use the Personal Data to contextualise and personalise the advertisements of its advertising network.
