Booking Policy

The restaurant will immediately charge your credit card, equal to € 60.00 per person, as a booking fee. This amount will be retained as an advance on the service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed up to 2 days before the date of arrival at the restaurant.

It is possible to cancel the reservation by logging in with the credentials received at the end of the reservation, or by sending an email to info@ipupiristorante.it. In case of cancellation less than 2 days from the booking date, or a no-show, the booking fee of € 60 per person will not be refunded.

Gift Card or vouchers holders should contact the number +39 091 902579 or send an email to info@ipupiristorante.it to check availability.

Gift Card or vouchers holders, the voucher will be cancelled in case of cancellation less than 2 days from the booking date.

No Dress-code

We would like to remind you that according to italian law on urgent measures to deal with the epidemiological emergency caused by COVID-19 and for the safe exercise of social and economic activities, the limit of 4 non-cohabiting customers per table remains in effect. This means that in case of reservations for a larger number of non-cohabiting customers, the customers may be split among several tables, depending on availability. If there is not availability, it will not be possible to accommodate these reservations. 
This restriction does not apply to cohabiting guests.
