Booking Policy

We require a credit card as a guarantee for your reservation.
The restaurant reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card, for a € 60 fee per person, at any time 2 days before the date of arrival at the restaurant. The total amount will be released 48 hours later, or on the day of your arrival, automatically. Attention: if you booked less than 2 days from the date of arrival at the restaurant, we will pre-authorize your card immediately.
 

Please note that prepaid credit cards cannot be used for bookings.
 

Pre-authorisation does NOT involve any charge to your credit card. The money is locked up but NOT deducted in any way except in case of late cancellation or no-show at the table.

We invite customers to specify, using the appropriate box, the number of children between the diners, in addition, of course, to any other information they may deem useful.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within the limits of the cancellation policy: cancellation is allowed up to 1 day before the date of arrival at the restaurant.

Cancellation less than 2 days before the booking date: it is possible to cancel the booking only by sending an email to info@capitolo-primo.it.
