Booking Policy

We require a credit card as a guarantee for your reservation.
The restaurant reserves th27 days later, or on the day of your arrival, automatically. Attention: if you booked less than 6 days from the date of arrival at the restaurant, we will pre-authorize your card immediately.

The pre-authorisation may have different amounts in the case of special occasions or holidays.

Cancellation policies

Cancellation within the limits of the cancellation policy: cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival at the restaurant by contacting the restaurant by phone on +39 0931 968608 or by sending an email to info@ristorantecrocifisso.it.

In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the arrival date or no-show, the restaurant reserves the right to charge the pre-authorised amount at any time.

Gift Card or vouchers holders should contact the number +39 0931 968608 or send an email to info@ristorantecrocifisso.it  to check availability.

Gift Card or vouchers holders, the voucher will be cancelled in case of cancellation less than 2 days from the booking date.
