Cancellation within the limits of the cancellation policy: cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date at the restaurant.

Cancellation before 24 hours from the booking date: it is only possible to cancel your reservation by sending an email to info@shalai.it or by calling 095/643128.
Cancellation less than 24 hours from the date of reservation or a no-show will incur a cancellation fee equal to €50 per person.
