According to section 13 of italian Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 “Code on personal data protection”, we would like to inform you that your personal information will exclusively be handled by Hotel Ravesi srl in order to accomplish your payment order. In case of disputes regarding charges on your credit card, Hotel Ravesi srl, in the context of the existing business contract, could transmit copy of the disputed bill to the Bank/Credit Company issuing your credit card.

The owner of said information treatment is the Hotel Ravesi srl company with registered office in via Roma 66, Malfa (ME).

As far as personal data handling is concerned, subjects can exercise their rights as per section 7 of the above Legislative Decree.

Hotel Ravesi srl which is responsible for data handling would like to inform you that the italian Legislative Decree n, 196/2003 “Code on personal data protection”aims to ensure respect of data subjects’ rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity, particularly with regard to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to personal data protection.

Collected data, provided for the enjoyment of Hotel Ravesi srl services will be handled and processed in compliance with accuracy, lawfulness, transparency and privacy’s protection priciples and with respect of qualified security measures, for the solely purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or commercial communication. Personal data will not be disclosed to external subjets.

Collected personal data will be handled and processed my means of authomatic tools by Hotel Ravesi’s computer and file system to send advices on commercial initiatives.

Concerning your personal data handling, writing to info@hotelravesi.it you can at any time exercise your rights to be informed of the source of the personal data and of the purposes and methods of their processing; to obtain access to, updating, rectification, integration, erasure and blocking of data. The afore-mentioned rights are specifically contemplated in section 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003.

We may use third party service providers to process personal data on our behalf, for the above purposes. For example, we may share some information with these third parties so they can contact you directly by e-mail (for example: to ask you to post a review about your stay and your travel experience).
